At Chairus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home seating; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
